Our fabric and knitting dept,. Have all latest m/ace’s
imported from Germany, Italy, Japan to produce right quality
fabrics for our production.
We work on 100% cotton and blended fabrics and our knitting
division and Blended fabrics and we knit Jerseys, Interlocks,
Engg., stripes, Ribs, Fleece, Pique, Pointelle, Mini / Full
jacquards, Micro thermals, Ottomans, French terry, etc,
and if needed we import fabrics.
We have full fledged knitting – printing –
embroidery – garmenting production centers and the
soft flow dyeing m/ace’s supported by range of other
m/ace. And fabrics are processed with Balloon paddlers and
Imported relax dryers to remove moisture in a softest way.
The factories are covered with all gorgeous greenery grass
and trees to preserve nature and ecological balance, which
is been appreciated by our esteemed buyers.
And our production capacity is to produce garments 1.5
laksh to 2 laksh pcs per month.
We have Ten Merchandisers; every one has given individual
buyer to make the service more customized and to the entire
satisfaction of our buyers. And they are seasoned and systematic
can manage efficiently to get the things in time.
Our Garmenting divisions have all latest machineries and
are well equipped to produce any bountiful quantity of orders
in time with the help of our committed work force guided
by the production managers. They adopt one to one approach
for each order using right persons for the required finish
and quality is achieved with the guidance of QC team.
It is one of the most versatile departments in our company,
as we produce multi designs with bountiful shades with various
process involved, which is One of the best sampling departments
in our knitting industry.
Our sampling dept has been appreciated by our esteemed
buyers for our excellent workmanship and the flamboyant
